Job Responsibilities:
• Planning and execution of projects in an efficient manner – this involves 
coordination 
between US sales & and technical teams, Clients, and India-based resources and 
using 
these resources very effectively to execute projects. 
• Technical understanding of industrial problems, analysis of available data, 
collecting 
required information for designing a solution strategy
• Design solution strategy, develop project execution plans, manage resources 
and time 
• Implement solution strategies at various stages like define, run/solve, 
analyze, and 
document. Provide practical suggestions, implementations, and customer follow-up 
and 
ensure timely delivery
• Set up and manage CFD simulations and analysis of problems in a wide range of 
industrial sectors. 
• Generate newer ideas, communicate effectively, and relationship development 
with the 
end customer
• Liaise between junior staff and end customer to arrive at meaningful solutions 
for their 
problems and effectively deliver the solution
• Work with team members, and drive work tasks efficiently
• Mentoring and training of team members.

Key Competencies:
• Problem solving skills in CFD analysis mainly multiphase flows, particulate 
flows, 
mixing, and thermal flows. 
• Excellent command over Multiphase flow physics, and numeric, modeling 
strategies 
specifically using ANSYS FLUENT/STARCCM+
• Excellent Written and Oral Communication skills 
• Multi-tasking and ability to work in teams is essential
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment; a strong desire to learn 
as well as 
teach and guide
• Should have the drive to gain advancement in CFD skills as well as in 
technological fronts
• Professional, self-motivated and Accountable
• Excellent presentation skills

Education / Experience:
• Masters in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering from a reputed Institute with 5 
to 8 years 
of experience.
• Experience in CFD applications for Oil & Gas / Refineries / Chemical 
industries
• Should be proficient in handling tools like Space Claim, Design Modeler, 
Gambit, AMP, 
ANSYS FLUENT MATLAB etc., STARCCM+
• Should be able to deliver on projects with strict deadlines.
