About the Role: Are you passionate about pushing the boundaries of science and 
engineering? We are seeking a visionary Principal Project Associate to lead 
groundbreaking research in heat and mass transfer computational modelling. This 
role is a unique opportunity to:

•Develop advanced heat and mass transfer codes for metallurgical/chemical 
processes involving packed beds.

•Mentor and guide the next generation of postgraduate students.

Who We’re Looking For:

•A Ph.D. holder in Chemical, Metallurgy, Physics, Mechanical, Aerospace, Civil   
or related fields.

•Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++ and Python.

•Experience in modelling reaction kinetics, mass transfer and heat transfer.

•Commitment to a minimum of 1 year, with a passion for long-term contribution.

Desirable Skills:

•Experience with parallel computing.


•Expertise in modelling multiphase flows.

•An academic spirit, eager to explore and publish.

What We Offer:

•A competitive monthly salary in the range of INR 62,000 – 85,000 per month, 
commensurate with experience.
