Hi All,

Mahidol University is pleased to announce the availability of funding under the 
International Postdoctoral Fellowship Program 2025. Our research group at the 
Department of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, is actively seeking talented 
non-Thai postdoctoral researchers to contribute to high-impact research in Computational 
Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and fluid mechanics.

We particularly welcome candidates with expertise in:
- Developing CFD codes or numerical formulations in areas such as fluid dynamics, 
multiphase flow, fluid-structure interaction (FSI), particle tracking, and volume tracking
- Integrating advanced fluid/physics models into platforms such as OpenFOAM, ANSYS 
Fluent, or equivalent CFD software

Fellowship Objectives:

Publish at least two Q1 journal articles per year, with support extendable for up to three 
years (a minimum of six Scopus/Web of Science Q1 publications)

Enhance Mahidol University’s capacity for cutting-edge research in CFD and simulation

Eligibility Requirements:

Ph.D. awarded within the last five years
Age under 45 years at the time of application
At least three international publications (as first or second author) in Scopus or Web of 
Science indexed journals
Not currently receiving other international postdoctoral funding
In good health

Fellowship Support:

60,000 Baht/month stipend
Round-trip international airfare and travel insurance (up to 80,000 Baht)
Health insurance and full VISA/work permit cost coverage

Application Rounds:

3rd Round: April – June 2025 (Announcement: July 2025)
4th Round: July – September 2025 (Announcement: October 2025)
