Applications are invited for the position 
of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) in the field of micro gas turbine combustor 
research. 

Project description: Project involves CFD analysis of combustion chamber to 
optimize the design based on the desired parameters to enhance its performance.

The position is purely temporary and will be governed by the funding agency 
rules & service conditions of Office of Research and Development, Indian 
Institute of Technology Jodhpur, Jodhpur-342030, Rajasthan, India.


No Of position- 1

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

Conducting Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis of combustion processes.
Writing comprehensive research reports.
Collaborating effectively with team members on research projects.

Essential Qualification and Experience:B.Tech/BE in 
Aerospace Engineering /Mechanical Engineering (preferred)

a.Knowledge and experience in CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics)
b.Exposure and interest in software tools such as ANSYS Fluent and OPENFOAM.
c. analytical and problem-solving skills.
d.Data processing and Analysis.
e.Good communication, writing, and teamwork skills.

Desirable:
The candidates with Proficiency in fluid mechanics, CFD, and design and 
Analysis software like PRO-E/CATIA/SolidWorks, FLUENT, OpenFOAM, and Linux will 
be given preference.
