The 7th International Conference on Ocean Engineering (ICOE
2025) will be held at IIT Madras, Chennai, India, from
September 14–18, 2025, offering a premier global platform for
advancements in ocean engineering and technology. Topics

resilience, marine robotics, underwater acoustics, the Blue
